Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Josh Lowe is not starting in Tuesday's contest against the Los Angeles Angels.
Lowe will watch from the bench after Harold Ramirez was chosen as Tuesday's right fielder.
Per Baseball Savant on 322 batted balls this season, Lowe has recorded a 10.6% barrel rate and a .272 expected average.
