Miami Marlins outfielder Bryan De La Cruz left Friday's game against the Atlanta Braves early.
De La Cruz appeared to suffer an injury while running to first base in the third inning. He was replaced in left field by Garrett Hampson.
De La Cruz will finish Friday's game with a hit, run, and RBI in two plate appearances.
