Detroit Tigers outfeilder Akil Baddoo is sitting Friday in the team's game against the Los Angeles Angels.
Baddoo is being replaced in left field by Matt Vierling versus Angels starter Griffin Canning.
In 329 plate appearances thsi season, Baddoo has a .224 batting average with a .678 OPS, 10 home runs, 37 runs, 31 RBI and 12 stolen bases.
