Houston Astros infielder Mauricio Dubon is not in the lineup for Thursday's series opener against right-hander Clarke Schmidt and the New York Yankees.
Dubon filled in for Jose Altuve in Wednesday's series finale against the Cleveland Guardians and went 0-for-4 with a walk drawn. Altuve will reclaim second base and leadoff duty from Dubon in Thursday's opener.
