Diamondbacks' David Peralta absent from Friday's lineup
Arizona Diamondbacks outfielder David Peralta is not in the starting lineup on Friday against the Philadelphia Phillies.
With the Phillies throwing southpaw Adam Morgan, the left-handed hitting Peralta will take a seat Friday. Yasmany Tomas will move over to right field, with Peter O'Brien manning left field.
Peralta hasn't been able to build off of his success last year (.380 wOBA), slashing .259/.308/.442 with four home runs and a .319 wOBA in 159 plate appearances this season. Our models expect him to pick things up (slightly) over the remaining course of the season, hitting .272/.325/.434 with seven home runs and a .329 wOBA.
