Giants' Gregor Blanco received cortisone shot for Wednesday's game
San Francisco Giants outfielder Gregor Blanco received a cortisone shot in his sore right shoulder prior to Wednesday's rout of the Milwaukee Brewers.
What It Means:
Blanco said the shot helped relieve his discomfort. He was able to remain for six at-bats and recorded three hits in the game, so this doesn't appear to be anything more than a minor issue.
