Oakland Athletics catcher Stephen Vogt is not in Monday's lineup for the series opener against the Texas Rangers.
What It Means:
Vogt will sit for the second consecutive day with another left-hander on the mound, this time Cesar Ramos for Texas. Josh Phegley will start behind the plate and bat sixth while catching Sean Manaea.
