San Francisco Giants first baseman LaMonte Wade Jr. is not starting in Tuesday's game against the San Diego Padres.
David Villar will take over first base and bat ninth after Wade Jr. was taken out of tonight's lineup.
According to Baseball Savant on 69 batted balls this season, Villar has recorded a 14.5% barrel rate and a .207 expected average.
