Nationals' Bryce Harper resting on Sunday
Washington Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper is not in the starting lineup Sunday as Washington takes on the Philadelphia Phillies.
Harper has missed three games this season due to his one-game suspension and a knee injury, but this is the first day he has been actually rested all season. Washington will employ an outfield of Jayson Werth, Michael Taylor and Chris Heisey on Sunday against Adam Morgan.
Harper owns a wOBA of .358 through 249 plate appearances this season, adding 13 home runs and 38 RBIs. Our models project him to slash .278/.383/.510 with 19 homers and 56 RBIs remaining this season.
