Chicago Cubs infielder Trey Mancini is sitting Saturday in the team's game against the San Diego Padres.
Mancini is being replaced at first base by Matt Mervis versus Padres starter Yu Darvish.
In 174 plate appearances this season, Mancini has a .247 batting average with a .657 OPS, 3 home runs, 19 runs and 17 RBI.
