St. Louis Cardinals infielder Paul DeJong is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Cincinnati Reds.
DeJong will move to the bench on Wednesday with Oscar Mercado entering the lineup in right field. Mercado will bat ninth versus right-hander Ben Lively and the Reds.
