Ji-Man Choi sitting Wednesday afternoon for Pirates
Pittsburgh Pirates first baseman/designated hitter Ji-Man Choi is not in the starting lineup versus right-hander Jose Urquidy and the Houston Astros in Wednesday afternoon's series finale.
Andrew McCutchen will replace Choi as the Pirates' designated hitter and No. 3 batter. Carlos Santana will start on first base again. Choi hit a homer in each of the first two games of the series.
