Brice Turang makes Brewers' Opening Day roster
The Milwaukee Brewers announced that infielder Brice Turang has made the Opening Day roster.
Turang wrapped up a solid spring training with the main club, and the team announced that he will be in the lineup when the Brewers take on the Cubs this Thursday. The 22-year-old hit for .282 in spring training, and will face off against Cubs starter Marcus Stroman later this week.
Our models project Turang for 8.5 fantasy points in his debut. Stroman was softer against left-handed batters (like Turang) than right-handers in 2022, allowing LHBs to bat for .258 on average.
