Colorado Rockies catcher Nick Hundley (oblique) has been cleared to begin a minor league rehab assignment.
If all goes according to plan, he could return to the Rockies' active roster by the weekend. Hundley has been on the disabled list since May 6th because of a left oblique strain.
He was batting .273/.407/.523 with two home runs and seven RBI's in 54 appearances at the plate before the injury. We project him for 266 more plate appearances with a .275/.331/.429 slash line, a .325 wOBA, and seven more home runs.
