Evan Gattis not in Astros' lineup on Monday
Houston Astros catcher/designated hitter Evan Gattis is not in the starting lineup on Monday afternoon against the Arizona Diamondbacks.
The game is being played at Chase Field under National League rules, so Gattis can't DH. Tyler White is starting at catcher and Jason Castro will be behind the plate.
Gattis has a .243/.303/.432 triple slash line, with a .309 wOBA in 122 plate appearances this year. We project him to pick up his average and OBP a little bit, but the big thing is that he should hit around 18 home runs the rest of the way in 2016.
