Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Edwin Escobar will start for the Diamondbacks on Monday against the Houston Astros.
It'll be the first big league start for the 24-year-old southpaw.
Escobar has been uninspiring in five starts at Triple-A Reno this season, compiling a 4.68 ERA, 1.36 WHIP and 15.90 strikeout percentage across 25 innings. He is 2-1 in five starts at AAA and can be safely avoided for fantasy purposes.
