Royals' Mike Moustakas (knee) to miss another game Tuesday
Kansas City Royals third baseman Mike Moustakas (knee) is out again Tuesday against the Minnesota Twins.
Moustakas suffered a knee contusion in his collision with Alex Gordon on Sunday and has now missed two straight games. Cheslor Cuthbert is at third base and Whit Merrifield is at second base on Tuesday night against Twins right-hander Ervin Santana.
Moustakas is slashing .240/.301/.500 with 7 home runs and a .343 wOBA in 113 plate appearances this season. Our models currently project him to hit .272/.331/.456 with 14 home runs and a .337 wOBA over the remaining course of the season.
