Paulo Orlando's three hits, four RBI's spark Royals

Kansas City Royals outfielder Paulo Orlando played catalyst from the bottom of the Royals' lineup Tuesday, finishing 3-for-4 with a triple, home run and four RBI's in an 8-4 win over the Boston Red Sox.

What It Means:

Orlando actually managed to get the two hardest parts of a cycle, falling just a double shy of the feat . He's no stranger to triples, though, collecting six in 86 games last season before nabbing his first of the year Tuesday. The homer was also his first of the year, and he scored two runs in the game as well.

With Jarrod Dyson continuing to scuffle, the 30-year-old Orlando could stand to benefit, especially with more nights like this. He's got a .333/.346/.471 line in 18 games to date. We project Orlando to record a .309 wOBA with five jacks and three steals over the remainder of the season.
