Los Angeles Angels infielder Livan Soto is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Oakland Athletics.
Soto will move to the bench on Tuesday with Luis Rengifo starting at second base. Rengifo will bat first versus left-hander Cole Irvin and Oakland.
