Rays' Jonathan Aranda added, hitting fifth Tuesday
Tampa Bay Rays infielder/outfielder Jonathan Aranda has been added to the starting lineup on Tuesday against right-hander Nathan Eovaldi and the Boston Red Sox.
What It Means:
Aranda will start in left field and bat fifth after David Peralta (hip) was scratched from the lineup.
Aranda has a $2,100 salary on Tuesday and numberFire’s models project him for 8.5 FanDuel points. Since mid-July, Eovaldi has only managed a 16.6% strikeout rate over his last seven starts, and he's allowed 1.30 home runs per nine innings in that span.
