Trevino is being replaced behind the plate by Kyle Higashioka versus Orioles starter Austin Voth.
In 341 plate appearances this season, Trevino has a .249 batting average with a .666 OPS, 10 home runs, 38 runs, 42 RBI and 2 stolen bases.
