Toronto Blue Jays catcher Alejandro Kirk is not starting in Wednesday's game against the New York Yankees.
Kirk will rest on Wednesday night after Danny Jansen was picked as Toronto's starting catcher.
Per Baseball Savant on 405 batted ball this season, Kirk has produced a 6.9% barrel rate and a .354 expected weighted on-base average.
