Washington Nationals infielder Luis Garcia is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Atlanta Braves.
Garcia will move to the bench on Tuesday with Alex Call starting in left field. Call will bat fifth versus left-hander Kyle Muller and Atlanta.
