Seattle Mariners outfielder Jesse Winker is sitting Saturday in the team's game against the Kansas City Royals.
Winker is being replaced at designated hitter by Luis Torrens versus Royals starter Kris Bubic.
In 530 plate appearances this season, Winker has a .214 batting average with a .674 OPS, 13 home runs, 46 runs and 49 RBI.
