Cesar Hernandez sitting for Nationals on Wednesday
Washington Nationals infielder Cesar Hernandez is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Bryce Elder and the Atlanta Braves.
Josh Palacios will replace Hernandez in left field and hit eighth.
