New York Mets designated hitter Dan Vogelbach is not in the starting lineup on Tuesday against left-hander Aaron Ashby and the Milwaukee Brewers.
The lefty-hitting Vogelbach will sit versus the Brewers' southpaw. Mark Vientos will take over as the designated hitter and bat seventh.
Vientos has a $2,000 salary on Tuesday and numberFire’s models project him as the lowest batter of the day at 3.8 FanDuel points. Per our MLB Heat Map, Ashby has the seventh-highest strikeout percentage this season (27.1%) among Tuesday's projected starters.
