Cleveland Guardians infielder Richie Palacios is not in the starting lineup for Monday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Sonny Gray and the Minnesota Twins.
Steven Kwan will replace Palacios in left field and bat leadoff while Andres Gimenez drops to the six-hole.
