Toronto Blue Jays infielder Cavan Biggio is not in the lineup Sunday in the team's game against the Baltimore Orioles.
Biggio is being replaced at first base by Vladimir Guerrero Jr. versus Orioles starter Dean Kremer.
In 274 plate appearances this season, Biggio has a .208 batting average with a .698 OPS, 6 home runs, 38 runs, 23 RBI and 2 stolen bases.
