Oakland Athletics infielder Vimael Machin is not in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against the Texas Rangers.
Machin will move to the bench on Tuesday with Sheldon Neuse starting at third base. Neuse will bat seventh versus left-hander Cole Ragans and the Rangers.
