Chicago Cubs outfielder Rafael Ortega is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Cincinnati Reds.
Ortega will move to the bench on Wednesday with Nelson Velazquez starting in center field. Velazquez will bat sixth versus left-hander Mike Minor and the Reds.
