Marwin Gonzalez sitting for Yankees' Wednesday matinee
New York Yankees infielder Marwin Gonzalez is not in the starting lineup against right-hander Louie Varland and the Minnesota Twins in Game 1 of Wednesday's doubleheader.
Ronald Guzman, who the Yankees promoted from Triple-A on Wednesday, will replace Gonzalez on first base and bat cleanup in the first game of Wednesday's twin bill.
