Washington Nationals infielder Cesar Hernandez is not in the starting lineup on Tuesday against left-hander Jose Quintana and the St. Louis Cardinals.
Hernandez will take a seat after starting the last three games. Alex Call will replace Hernandez in left field and hit seventh.
