Cedric Mullins sitting Friday for Orioles
Baltimore Orioles outfielder Cedric Mullins is not in the starting lineup for Friday's series opener against left-hander JP Sears and the Oakland Athletics.
The lefty-hitting Mullins will move to the bench against the Athletics' southpaw. Ryan McKenna will take over in center field and at the top of the lineup. Anthony Santander will hit second and Ryan Mountcastle will bat third as the Orioles' designated hitter.
McKenna has a $2,100 salary on Friday and numberFire’s models project him for 9.6 FanDuel points. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Orioles’ implied total (4.42) is No. 7 in the majors today.
