Colorado Rockies outfielder Connor Joe is not in the starting lineup for Thursday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Adam Wainwright and the St. Louis Cardinals.
What It Means:
Joe started the last three games as the Rockies faced a trio of southpaws, but he's moving back to the bench for Thursday's matinee. Sam Hilliard will replace Joe in left field and hit seventh while Jose Iglesias takes over at the top of the order.
