Victor Robles sitting Wednesday for Nationals
Washington Nationals outfielder Victor Robles is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday afternoon's series finale versus left-hander Drew Smyly and the Chicago Cubs.
Robles is out of the order for the second time in three games. Lane Thomas will take over in center field and the leadoff spot while Alex Call starts in left field and hits eighth.
Thomas is numberFire's third-best point-per-dollar value among projected batters on Wednesday. He has a $2,100 salary and our models project him to score 11.9 FanDuel points. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Nationals’ implied total (4.03) is No. 15 in the majors today.
