The San Diego Padres did not list Austin Nola in their starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Washington Nationals.
Nola will start Sunday's game on the sidelines while Jorge Alfaro (knee) makes a start at catcher and bats ninth.
Nola has 3 home runs, 30 runs, and 31 RBI in 292 plate appearances so far this season. He's batting .247 with a .640 OPS in the process.
