Wil Myers batting eighth for Padres Sunday
The San Diego Padres listed Wil Myers as their starter in left field for Sunday's game against the Washington Nationals.
Myers will bat eighth and cover left field in Sunday's game while Jurickson Profar takes a turn at designated hitter, Josh Bell moves back to first base, Brandon Drury shifts to second base, Jake Cronenworth takes over at shortstop, and Ha-Seong Kim catches a breather.
Myers, who has a $2,500 salary on today's FanDuel slate, is averaging .238 at the plate this season with a .587 OPS across 160 plate appearances.
