Daniel Nava expected to return to Angels on Friday
Los Angeles Angels outfielder Daniel Nava (knee) is expected to rejoin the Angels on Friday.
Angels' manager Mike Scioscia confirmed Wednesday Nava will resume serving as the Angels' primary left fielder, which probably means Rafael Ortega is headed back to Triple-A. Nava has been on the disabled list since April 16 with left patella tendinitis.
In 15 trips to the plate this season, Nava is sporting a .285 wOBA. We project him to post a .267 wOBA with two home runs over the remainder of the campaign.
