Cavan Biggio sitting Wednesday for Toronto
Toronto Blue Jays infielder Cavan Biggio is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's series finale against right-hander Dean Kremer and the Baltimore Orioles.
Biggio will head to the bench after starting the last four games and going 2-for-11 with a homer, two RBI, two runs scored, and four strikeouts. Vladimir Guerrero Jr. will move to first base while Alejandro Kirk shifts into the designated hitter role. Danny Jansen will catch for Jose Berrios and bat eighth.
Jansen has a $2,700 salary on Wednesday and numberFire’s models project him for 11.5 FanDuel points. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Blue Jays’ implied total (4.84) is No. 6 in the majors today.
