New York Mets designated hitter Dan Vogelbach is in the starting lineup for Wednesday afternoon's series finale against right-hander T.J. Zeuch and the Cincinnati Reds.
Vogelbach was held out Tuesday night against a southpaw, but the lefty-hitter will return to DH and cleanup duties less than 24 hours later. Pete Alonso will move back to first base in place of an idle Darin Ruf.
Vogelbach has a $3,000 salary on Wednesday and numberFire’s models project him for 10.5 FanDuel points. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Mets’ implied total (5.72) is second-highest in the majors on Wednesday.
