Tampa Bay Rays outfielder Luke Raley is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's game against the Milwaukee Brewers.
Raley will move to the bench on Wednesday with Yu Chang starting at third base. Chang will bat sixth versus right-hander Brandon Woodruff and Milwaukee.
