Joey Bart (groin) out Thursday afternoon for Giants
San Francisco Giants catcher Joey Bart (groin) is not in the starting lineup for Thursday afternoon's series finale against left-hander Clayton Kershaw and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
Bart was replaced by a pinch runner in the ninth inning of Wednesday's loss to the Dodgers after his groin tightened up. He is considered day-to-day for now. Austin Wynns will catch for Jakob Junis and hit seventh in Thursday's matinee.
Wynns is numberFire's lowest-projected batter on Thursday at 4.3 FanDuel points. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Giants have the third-lowest implied total (3.32) in the majors on Thursday.
