San Diego Padres infielder C.J. Abrams (biceps) is not in the starting lineup on Tuesday versus right-hander Garrett Hill and the Detroit Tigers.
Abrams is out of the lineup for a fourth straight game. Ha-Seong Kim will make another start at shortstop and hit ninth.
