Boston Red Sox outfielder Jarren Duran is not in the starting lineup on Tuesday against right-hander Bryan Shaw and the Cleveland Guardians.
Jaylin Davis will replace Duran in center field and bat ninth while Rob Refsnyder takes over in the leadoff spot.
