Cincinnati Reds catcher Tyler Stephenson is not in the starting lineup for Friday's game against the St. Louis Cardinals.
Stephenson will move to the bench on Friday with Mike Papierski catching for right-hander Hunter Greene. Papierski will bat ninth versus right-hander Andre Pallante and the Cardinals.
