Owen Miller out of Guardians' lineup Thursday
Cleveland Guardians infielder Owen Miller is not in the starting lineup for Thursday's series opener against right-hander Elvin Rodriguez and the Detroit Tigers.
Miller started the last three games, but he's out of the order for Thursday's opener. Andres Gimenez will replace Miller on second base and bat sixth. Josh Naylor will make another start on first base as Cleveland's cleanup man.
numberFire’s models project Gimenez for 10.2 FanDuel points on Thursday afternoon and he has a $2,800 salary. Naylor is projected for 12.4 FanDuel points with a $3,200 salary. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Guardians have the sixth-highest implied total (4.75) in the majors on Thursday.
