New York Mets outfielder Yoenis Cespedes (leg) is back in the starting lineup Friday against the San Francisco Giants.
It's his first start in a week due to a bruised thigh, although he had a big pinch-hit homer on Wednesday. Cespedes is batting .300/.373/.683 with six homers and 17 RBI's this month.
Cespedes had a career year last season, slashing .291/.328/.542 with a .367 wOBA and 35 home runs in 159 games played for the Detroit Tigers and Mets. Our models currently project Cespedes to post a .349 wOBA with 28 home runs across 628 plate appearances in 2016.
