Mike Moustakas on Reds' bench Wednesday
Cincinnati Reds infielder/designated hitter Mike Moustakas is not in the starting lineup for Wednesday's series finale against left-hander David Peterson and the New York Mets.
Moustakas started the last four games and went 1-for-12 with an RBI and eight strikeouts. Brandon Drury, Matt Reynolds, and Donovan Solano are occupying the infield spots for the Reds while Jonathan India works as the designated hitter. Kyle Farmer is starting on shortstop and hitting cleanup after missing a few games with a hand injury.
numberFire’s models project Farmer for 9.1 FanDuel points on Wednesday, and he has a $2,700 salary. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Reds' implied total (4.44) is 13th out of 28 active teams.
