Tony Kemp on Oakland bench Tuesday
Oakland Athletics left fielder/second baseman Tony Kemp is not in the starting lineup on Tuesday against left-hander JP Sears and the New York Yankees.
Chad Pinder is moving to left field in place of Kemp and hitting seventh. Stephen Piscotty is the designated hitter and No. 5 batter in his first game back from the injured list.
numberFire’s models project Piscotty for 7.3 FanDuel points on Tuesday, and he has a $2,000 salary. Pinder is projected for 8.2 FanDuel points with a $2,100 salary. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Athletics’ implied total (3.47) is fourth-lowest out of the 28 teams available on the Main slate.
