Kansas City Royals outfielder Andrew Benintendi (knee) is in the starting lineup for Tuesday's game against right-hander Jon Gray and the Texas Rangers.
Benintendi made a precautionary exit from Monday's series opener after hurting his knee on a slide, but he's back in left field and batting second a day later.
